Nice hotel, all of the staff were AFFABLE and outstandingly accommodating, particularly good location in the Kingsport TN area. Location: the property was just next door to the Perkins Bakery restaurant, several good eating places, and airport. A few times I ate at Crazy Tomato, located not too far away from the hotel.

The staff was absolutely friendly and amicable, helped a lot. The room we had included satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe. The beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were super. Our stay at Kingsport's Comfort Inn South was delightful. The staff members were so friendly and helpful during our visit. It was a wonderful base for traveling to Kingsport. The brand-new and large room had everything I needed. The setting was convenient and perfect, just next door to Perkins Bakery restaurant. There were several good eating places nearby. It was close to the airport.
